This video will be shown on the screens in the Guild so there is no sound. Feel free to pick your own cooking tunes to play as you watch!

First episode of GuildTV's brand new cooking show which brings easy recipes to student's computer screens. This week, it's a basic stir fry which can be changed according to whatever you have in the fridge!

Our recipe for two people uses:

  • One red pepper, deseeded and chopped up
  • Bunch of spring onions
  • One onion chopped up
  • Two nests of Sharwoods medium egg noodles
  • Blue Dragon Chow Mein stir fry sauce
  • Two chicken breasts, chopped
  • Oil for frying

The best thing about stir fry is that you can chuck in whatever you have lurking in the back of the fridge! This includes- peppers, mushrooms, carrots, water chestnuts, bean sprouts, red onion, spring onion, mange tout, peas, chicken, prawns, beef, pork, quorn, ginger, garlic, chillies and any sauce and rice or noodles you will find in your local friendly supermarket.
